La sorpresa que se llevaron los funcionarios de la Junta ante la paga extra de navidad no fue para menos. Sin haberles avisado, sin conocimiento, cuentan que ni los delegados lo sabían, la cantidad de euros ingresada en las cuentas de los trabajadores de la Junta era menor al de años anteriores. El descuento comenzaba sobre los cien euros para las soldadas más bajas, para llegar en algunos sueldos, las categorías más altas, hasta cuatrocientos o quinientos euros. Fue unos días antes del 28 de diciembre, el de los santos inocentes, pero no dejó de ser una inocentada la que se llevaron estos trabajadores públicos.

Lo que se preguntaban es ¿por qué no se les había comunicado desde los sindicatos? No se sabe, pero no les dieron información sobre lo que se preparaba. ¿Cómo la administración autonómica no les avisó de que se iba a rebajar la extra de Navidad? Tampoco lo entienden, pero nadie les avisó de la sorpresa que les esperaba en el ingreso de fin de año.

En el ayuntamiento los sindicatos avisaron en su día de que la nómina extra de fin de año podía tener alguna rebaja, pero alguien se debió quejar, la misma llegó a la alcaldesa, y los trabajadores municipales tuvieron más suerte que los de la Junta y sus sueldos no sufrieron el desgarro de algunos cientos de euros. Es la importancia de tener al político más cerca, un tirón de orejas por parte de los altos funcionarios del ayuntamiento, acojonamiento por parte del equipo de gobierno de Mar Vázquez y sueldo completito para los trabajadores. Y todos tan felices en las navidades. Al fin y al cabo, el dinero no sale de los bolsillos de los ediles, por lo que a ellos poco les importa lo que tienen que pagar a los funcionarios.

Los trabajadores de la Junta tienen más lejano al político. El jefe anda por Sevilla. El delegado que manda en Almería no tiene poder alguno, y de crearle un problema a Moreno Bonilla mi mijita, no quieren líos, no se vayan a quedar sin trabajo en estos tiempos de oscuridad económica. Uno de estos días se conocerá el por qué de la rebaja, y se lo contaremos, mientras, hasta en el mundo del funcionario los hay de primera y de segunda.
