El alcalde, Francisco Góngora, junto al edil de Obras Públicas, Mantenimiento y Servicios, David Fernández, y la jefa de área de Obras Públicas, María Jesús Maldonado, ha visitado los trabajos que se están realizando actualmente en la calle Alcor, que se encuentran muy avanzados y van a permitir disponer de unas aceras más anchas para el tránsito peatonal, adaptado a las exigencias de las normas de accesibilidad.
“La apuesta del Ayuntamiento por una movilidad más sostenible y segura, el fomento de la reducción de emisiones de los vehículos a motor, es firme y equilibrada y se traduce en actuaciones de este tipo”, ha asegurado el regidor, quien ha añadido que con estas obras “conseguimos un doble objetivo: por un lado fomentamos y facilitamos los desplazamientos a pie o con vehículos no contaminantes, y por otro logramos mejorar las condiciones de seguridad y accesibilidad de la propia vía”.
