Para CSIF “es fundamental poner en marcha las diferentes mesas de negociación para abordar los problemas estructurales de nuestras administraciones públicas, recuperar la estructura salarial perdida, eliminar la tasa de reposición y desarrollar un plan de recursos humanos que cree empleo estructural”. Por último, el presidente provincial ha erigido a CSIF como “la alternativa sindical ante el conformismo del resto de organizaciones”. Posteriormente, ha dado las gracias a todos los asistentes y remarcando el carácter lúdico reivindicativo del 1º de mayo y recordando que el sindicato se encuentra en una etapa de plena expansión en el sector privado.
El sindicato ha organizado su 1º de Mayo con actividades para los más pequeños como globoflexia, ginkana, pintacaras o colchonetas, además de los tradicionales momentos de convivencia con la elaboración de una gran paella y bocadillos y con el acompañamiento de bebidas. Los asistentes han podido colaborar con un euro solidario, cuya recaudación irá íntegramente destinada a ALTEA, una Asociación sin ánimo de lucro fundada por familias con hijos e hijas con Trastorno de Espectro Autista (TEA), que luchan incansables para dotar de los recursos que la provincia y las familias diagnosticadas necesitan para ser miembros en igualdad de condiciones de nuestra comunidad. Actualmente, ALTEA cuenta con más de 160 familias asociadas. De ahí que el sindicato haya querido colabora con esta iniciativa solidaria con la que pretende poner su granito de arena en esta causa.
