“Aproximadamente en el mes de abril de 2018 la testigo protegida identificada con número TP14/BCTSH/G9/19 llegó a España en una precaria situación económica buscando un empleo digno que le permitiera enviar dinero a su familia. Después de trabajar unos meses en la provincia de Huelva, se trasladó hasta la localidad almeriense de San Isidro de Níjar, viéndose obligada a dormir en la calle, dada la imposibilidad de lograr un empleo debido a su situación irregular en nuestro país y su desconocimiento del idioma.
En septiembre de 2018, ante lo desesperado de su situación, comenzó a preguntar a gente de la zona si conocía a alguien que pudiera emplearla y procurarle alojamiento. La acusada, que regentaba en el cortijo un negocio dedicado a la prostitución, acogió a la testigo protegida ocultando inicialmente su verdadera intención de dedicarla a la prostitución en contra de su voluntad y quedarse con todos los beneficios que obtuviera. Poco tiempo después de la llegada de la testigo protegida, la acusada le dijo que tenía que prostituirse y, para lograr su propósito, la desposeyó de su documentación personal y del teléfono móvil, viéndose la testigo constreñida a partir de ese momento a trabajar a disposición de los clientes todo el día, realizando servicios sexuales en condiciones insalubres y jornadas maratonianas, en todo momento conforme a las instrucciones que le daba la acusada de cómo comportarse con los clientes. Cuando la testigo protegida no obedecía las órdenes de la acusada, ésta le pegaba y le decía que la iba a mandar de vuelta a Marruecos e iba a matar a su hijo. La testigo protegida no podía salir del cortijo sola puesto que varios hombres que trabajaban para la acusada vigilaban en todo momento sus movimientos. Esta situación se prolongó durante dos meses hasta que, en noviembre de 2018, la testigo protegida logró escapar aprovechando un descuido de los vigilantes y solicitar ayuda en una ONG, procediendo en junio de 2019, una vez que su estado anímico se lo permitió, a interponer denuncia”.
