La comunidad autónoma de Andalucía experimentó un descenso del 0,6% en el Índice de Precios al Consumo (IPC) en julio, según datos publicados este martes por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE). Esta variación se debe fundamentalmente a la caída de los precios en textil, que descendió un 10%. La tasa anual del IPC en Andalucía se sitúa en el 2,8%, igualada a la nacional.
En lo que va de año, los precios han subido un 1,8% en la comunidad autónoma. La vivienda fue el sector que más bajó en precios, con un descenso del 10%, seguido de vivienda (-1,6%), menaje (-0,7%) y comunicaciones (-0,5%). Por otro lado, se registraron subidas en ocio y cultura (1,2%), medicina (0,3%), transporte (0,2%) y bebidas alcohólicas y tabaco (0,1%).

En cuanto a las provincias, Almería fue una de las que experimentó un descenso en los precios en julio, con un -0,6%. Granada (-0,8%) lideró la lista, seguida de Sevilla, Huelva, Jaén y Córdoba (-0,7%). Cádiz (-0,5%) y Málaga (-0,3%) también experimentaron descensos.

A nivel nacional, el IPC se moderó en julio hasta el 2,8% interanual, seis décimas menos que el mes anterior, debido al abaratamiento de la electricidad. La inflación de los alimentos también se recortó 1,1 puntos, hasta el 3,1%, la menor tasa en casi tres años. El INE ha confirmado este martes el dato de inflación adelantado hace dos semanas, así como el de la inflación subyacente (sin energía ni alimentos frescos), que se moderó dos décimas y se situó en el 2,8%, la tasa más baja desde enero de 2022.
