La titular del Juzgado Penal número 5 de Almería ha dictado sentencia contra la exdirectora de una guardería en la localidad de Oria, condenándola a un año de prisión por humillar y maltratar a un niño menor de tres años. Los hechos, que se remontan al año 2020, revelaron un patrón de comportamiento alarmante que llevó a los padres del menor a presentar una denuncia tras notar cambios significativos en su hijo.

Según la resolución judicial, la exdirectora sometía al niño a situaciones de aislamiento en un cuarto oscuro cada vez que este lloraba o mostraba inquietud. Este trato inadecuado tuvo consecuencias graves para el pequeño, quien comenzó a experimentar problemas como pérdida del sueño y del apetito, además de desarrollar un miedo intenso a la oscuridad.

La jueza no solo ha impuesto una pena privativa de libertad, sino que también ha decidido inhabilitar a la condenada para trabajar con menores durante el mismo periodo de tiempo que dure su condena.
