Es cierto que los todoterrenos están diseñados para resistir condiciones difíciles; sin embargo, hay una línea muy fina entre ser audaz y ser imprudente. En lugar de pensar que podemos dominar cualquier situación con un simple giro del volante, deberíamos preguntarnos si realmente vale la pena arriesgar nuestras vidas (y las vidas ajenas) solo por demostrar lo "capaces" que son nuestros coches.
Así que sí, amigos almerienses: nuestros coches pueden saber nadar... pero eso no significa que deban hacerlo. La próxima vez que vean una calle inundada o un camino peligroso, piensen dos veces antes de lanzarse al agua como si estuvieran en un parque acuático. A veces es mejor quedarse en casa con un buen libro o disfrutar de unas tapas en nuestro querido Paseo Marítimo.
