En total, el SERCLA en Almería ha recibido 62 expedientes relacionados con conflictos colectivos que afectan a 64 empresas y a 12.787 trabajadores. También se registraron 179 expedientes correspondientes a conflictos individuales. De los 62 expedientes colectivos, se han tramitado efectivamente 56, logrando acuerdos en 23 casos, lo que representa el mencionado 41%.
Dentro de estos expedientes, 34 eran previos al inicio de procedimientos judiciales y 12 antes de huelgas. Los acuerdos alcanzados gracias al apoyo del SERCLA han facilitado negociaciones entre las partes involucradas, abordando aspectos como la reducción de jornada anual, horarios, pluses salariales y compromisos para establecer calendarios de negociación colectiva.

De los 62 expedientes presentados en Almería, 28 eran locales, 30 provinciales y 4 comarcales. En términos funcionales, 18 expedientes pertenecían al sector afectando a 19 empresas y a 2.012 trabajadores; mientras que otros 44 eran empresariales e impactaban a 10.775 empleados en 45 compañías. La mayoría (60) correspondieron al ámbito privado y solo 2 al público. Cabe resaltar que el 88% fueron iniciados por organizaciones sindicales.
Los principales motivos detrás de estos conflictos incluyen discrepancias sobre la interpretación y aplicación de convenios colectivos relacionados con la jornada laboral y salarios, así como una falta efectiva de negociación colectiva. El sector servicios fue el más afectado, concentrando casi el 90% de los expedientes.
