Los inmuebles que serán gestionados por Sepes provienen de diversas entidades, incluyendo el Instituto de la Vivienda, el Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Adif), así como la Sociedad de Infraestructuras y Equipamientos Penitenciarios y de la Seguridad del Estado (Siepse), entre otros.
