El apagón del 28 de abril de 2025 dejó a millones de hogares y empresas sin suministro eléctrico durante horas. El Ejecutivo asegura en su escrito estar “plenamente comprometido con la transparencia, la información y la rendición de cuentas sobre este asunto”.
