Una de las novedades de esta edición de Santa Ana radica en que la entrega de los reconocimientos que premian a los triunfadores de la Feria del año pasado se entregarán antes de cada corrida. Es decir, Emilio de Justo, triunfador de Santa Ana 2024, recibirá su trofeo el domingo 19 de julio tras el paseíllo; al igual que el mayoral Juan Pedro García, que recogerá su distinción con el reconocimiento especial a su trayectoria y compromiso con Santa Ana. El domingo, 20 de julio, se entregará el premio al mejor toro del año pasado que recayó en una res de Jandilla.

La incorporación de estos premios, así como su sistema de designación que recae directamente en el público que acude a la Plaza de Toros y que deposita su voto en las urnas que se encuentran en los puntos de salida del recinto, fue una novedad que se introdujo por vez primera el año pasado. De esta forma la feria roquetera se convierte, como apunta el concejal de Deportes, Cultura y Tiempo Libre del ayuntamiento roquetero, José Juan Rubí, “como la más democrática de España porque el público decide directamente estos premios con su voto”.
