El Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía (IECA) publica hoy los resultados de la actualización de la Estadística de Empresas Inscritas en la Seguridad Social (EMISS). Esta estadística ofrece datos mensuales desde mayo de 2020 a partir de la información de aquellas empresas con cuentas de cotización de alta en Andalucía, estando los datos trimestrales disponibles desde 2011. Este producto se enmarca dentro de la actividad Directorio de Empresas y Establecimientos con actividad económica en Andalucía.

La información que se publica se ha obtenido mediante una explotación específica del Fichero Estadístico de Cuentas de Cotización a la Seguridad Social, de los Regímenes de la Seguridad Social por cuenta ajena, es decir, el Régimen General (incluido el Sistema Especial Agrario y excluido el Sistema Especial Empleados de Hogar), el Régimen de la Minería del Carbón y el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores del Mar (Cuenta Ajena).
El número de empresas inscritas en la Seguridad Social en el mes de junio de 2025 en Andalucía asciende a 248.288, registrando un decrecimiento del 2,3% respecto al mes anterior y un crecimiento del 0,1% (144 empresas más) respecto al mismo mes del año anterior.
