El Grupo Parlamentario VOX en Andalucía ha presentado una Proposición No de Ley (PNL) con el objetivo de implementar una serie de medidas que busquen mejorar el servicio de ambulancias asistenciales en la comunidad. Esta iniciativa surge ante la preocupación por el incumplimiento de la normativa vigente, ya que actualmente se observa una notable escasez de ambulancias adecuadas y personal médico, lo que compromete la calidad del servicio sanitario.

Rodrigo Alonso, portavoz adjunto de VOX y parlamentario por Almería, ha denunciado que “no se está cumpliendo la ley y ya ha costado una vida”. Esta afirmación hace referencia a un trágico suceso ocurrido recientemente en Pulpí, donde un hombre falleció durante el traslado al hospital en una ambulancia que carecía de personal médico. Alonso ha señalado que en varios días de mayo y junio, los distritos de Almería y Sorbas han experimentado faltas significativas de médicos en el servicio de urgencias, lo que ha generado “graves problemas para los pacientes y los sanitarios”, quienes se ven desbordados ante situaciones críticas.
Deficiencias del servicio
Los profesionales del sector han expresado su preocupación respecto a la falta de ambulancias asistenciales necesarias para brindar soporte vital avanzado. En muchos casos, el Centro Coordinador de Urgencias Sanitarias ha enviado ambulancias no asistenciales a situaciones que requieren atención médica especializada, lo cual puede tener consecuencias severas debido a la inadecuación del equipamiento disponible.

A pesar de que algunas ambulancias en funcionamiento han sido renovadas con unidades nuevas, los equipos médicos a bordo suelen ser obsoletos o no han sido actualizados al mismo ritmo. Ante esta situación alarmante, VOX ha registrado una PNL instando al Gobierno andaluz a garantizar un servicio público de transporte sanitario seguro y eficiente en todas las provincias.

La propuesta incluye varias demandas específicas al gobierno regional del Partido Popular. Entre ellas se destaca la necesidad de asegurar que las ambulancias asistenciales, tipos B y C, cuenten con al menos dos profesionales capacitados para movilizar adecuadamente a los pacientes durante el traslado. Además, se busca mejorar la coordinación entre la Empresa Pública de Emergencias Sanitarias para evitar que ambulancias no asistenciales sean enviadas a servicios que requieran atención médica inmediata.

Asimismo, VOX solicita realizar un estudio exhaustivo sobre el Transporte Público Sanitario en Andalucía dentro de un plazo máximo de tres meses. También se propone aprobar y dotar presupuestariamente el Plan Andaluz de Urgencias y Emergencias (PAUE), aumentando el número de ambulancias asistenciales en las áreas más necesitadas e incluyendo unidades tipo B y C en todas las provincias andaluzas.
