La Junta de Andalucía ha recibido cerca de 500 solicitudes para las subvenciones destinadas a fomentar la sostenibilidad del turismo en la región, específicamente a través de la valorización del patrimonio turístico-cultural. Esta convocatoria, que cuenta con un presupuesto total de 10 millones de euros, busca impulsar proyectos en municipios andaluces.

De esta cantidad, siete millones de euros están destinados a iniciativas en los municipios del interior de Andalucía, mientras que tres millones se reservan para asociaciones, fundaciones y entidades religiosas. Estas últimas ayudas se rigen por el régimen de minimis.
Solicitudes por provincias
En cuanto a las solicitudes recibidas, Almería ha registrado 44 peticiones en la primera línea de ayudas, que se centra en el patrimonio turístico-cultural. Otras provincias como Cádiz han presentado 22 solicitudes, Córdoba 45, Granada 72, Huelva 49, Jaén 73, Málaga 39, y Sevilla 58. En total, suman 402 solicitudes.

Respecto a la segunda línea de ayudas, destinada a entidades, Almería ha presentado diez solicitudes, distribuidas entre dos en Almería, siete en Cádiz y otras provincias como Córdoba y Granada con 17 y 13 respectivamente. En total, se han contabilizado 70 solicitudes.
Aprovechando el patrimonio cultural andaluz
El objetivo principal de estas subvenciones es promover la creación de productos turísticos relacionados con la cultura y el patrimonio andaluz. Se espera que estas iniciativas contribuyan a mejorar el conocimiento sobre la rica herencia cultural de Andalucía entre los visitantes. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de un mes.
