La organización del festival está a cargo del Área de Cultura, coordinada por Manantial de Músicas, y cuenta con el patrocinio de entidades como Cerveza Águila sin filtrar, Fundación Unicaja, y AIE. Además, colaboran otros actores locales como Tony García Espacio Gastronómico, Vera Import, AIE Jazz En Ruta y El Faro del Jazz. Cabe destacar que Almerijazz es miembro activo de la Plataforma Jazz España.

Este año, Almerijazz promete una oferta variada que combina estilos musicales diversos. En esta edición, leyendas del jazz compartirán escenario con artistas emergentes y músicos locales. El festival dará comienzo el viernes 24 de octubre en el Teatro Apolo con un concierto a cargo del cuarteto del clarinetista ibicenco Arturo Pueyo. La clausura será el domingo 9 de noviembre en el Auditorio Maestro Padilla, donde actuará la Clasijazz Big Band & Coro Gospel Clasijazz, bajo la dirección de Ramón Escalé.
Entre los destacados conciertos se incluye una producción exclusiva para el festival por parte de Tino di Geraldo junto a Caramelo de Cuba, Perico Sambeat y Peter Oteo, quienes se presentarán el sábado 8 en el Teatro Apolo. Esta colaboración promete ser uno de los momentos más esperados por los aficionados al jazz.

Una mención especial merece la presencia del saxofonista Bobby Watson, reconocido por su trabajo con los Jazz Messengers. Su actuación junto a la Big Band Clasijazz será un homenaje al jazz auténtico y cercano. Esta cita está programada para el 2 de noviembre en el Auditorio.
También habrá espacio para fusionar géneros con una actuación entre jazz y flamenco protagonizada por Tito Alcedo y Nono García, prevista para el 6 de noviembre en el Teatro Apolo.
