Durante un acto de balance celebrado en el Teatro Municipal Calixto Sánchez de Mairena del Alcor (Sevilla), Blanco subrayó que Preparadas “ha logrado cambiar el mapa digital de Andalucía”, extendiendo la tecnología a cada rincón del territorio, especialmente a las mujeres del ámbito rural. La iniciativa ha llegado a 556 municipios, muchos con menos de 30.000 habitantes, así como a 59 zonas vulnerables en grandes núcleos urbanos, donde se han comenzado a abordar temas como marketing online y redes sociales.
Nuevas oportunidades formativas para el futuro
A frente de más de 400 participantes del programa, Rocío Blanco anunció que Preparadas ampliará su oferta con nuevas áreas formativas adaptadas al mercado laboral digital. Se incluirán contenidos sobre inteligencia artificial, ciberseguridad, comercio electrónico avanzado y herramientas digitales para el emprendimiento. Además, se establecerá un aula digital para facilitar el acceso a las participantes que residen en municipios pequeños o con escasos recursos tecnológicos. El programa se extenderá hasta junio de 2026, momento en el cual se espera alcanzar las 85.000 mujeres formadas.

El evento contó con la presencia de la consejera de Inclusión Social, Juventud, Familias e Igualdad de la Junta de Andalucía, Loles López, quien resaltó la importancia de iniciativas como el Programa ‘Preparadas’ para mejorar la empleabilidad y fomentar el emprendimiento digital entre las mujeres andaluzas, especialmente aquellas que viven en zonas rurales.
López destacó también la colaboración estrecha entre su departamento y la Consejería de Empleo, que ha dado lugar a herramientas como la App ‘Andaluzaa’, diseñada para ayudar a las mujeres a buscar empleo y acceder a formación desde cualquier rincón de Andalucía.

Preparadas, tiene como objetivo fomentar la empleabilidad y el emprendimiento femenino en pequeños municipios o zonas vulnerables. Está dirigido a mujeres desempleadas o ocupadas que busquen mejorar su situación laboral.

Cuentan con un presupuesto total de 30,68 millones de euros procedentes de los fondos Next Generation UE, ofreciendo seis itinerarios formativos centrados en habilidades digitales. Las acciones abarcan desde competencias digitales básicas hasta comercio electrónico.
Todas las actividades formativas son gratuitas y presenciales, con una duración total aproximada de 40 horas. Además, incluyen píldoras formativas sobre ciberseguridad y otros temas relevantes para potenciar las habilidades digitales.
