La provincia de Almería ha mostrado una notable capacidad de resolución en sus órganos judiciales durante el segundo trimestre de 2025, un periodo en el que el conjunto de los juzgados de Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla resolvió un 7,7% más de asuntos, alcanzando los 385.750. Este dato se revela en el informe estadístico sobre la "Situación de los órganos judiciales en el segundo trimestre de 2025" publicado por el Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ)
La actividad judicial en Almería, recogida en el resumen provincial, revela que sus 65 órganos judiciales lograron resolver 30.830 asuntos en total, superando los 26.486 asuntos que ingresaron en el periodo. Esta capacidad de respuesta se contrapone ligeramente a la tónica general de la Comunidad Autónoma, donde, a pesar del aumento en resoluciones, la pendencia (asuntos pendientes) creció un 10%5. De hecho, en Almería, el total de asuntos en trámite al final del periodo fue de 78.626, una cifra inferior a los 83.264 con los que se inició el trimestre.

La tendencia de descenso en el ingreso de asuntos, que fue generalizada en Andalucía salvo en el orden Penal, también se refleja en la provincia de Almería, aunque con variaciones significativas por jurisdicciones.
Jurisdicción Civil: Menos Ingreso y Menos Pendencia
En el ámbito de la Jurisdicción Civil (que incluye la Jurisdicción Voluntaria ), el ingreso de nuevos asuntos en Almería fue de 10.662, con 14.682 asuntos resueltos. Este dato de resolución es destacable, especialmente si se compara con el descenso del 18,2% en el ingreso de asuntos civiles en toda Andalucía, donde ingresaron 129.255 asuntos. Los órganos civiles almerienses, que incluyen Juzgados de Primera Instancia, Mercantiles y de Familia, lograron reducir los asuntos en trámite de 55.072 a 50.896 al final del trimestre.
