El Ayuntamiento de Vícar, en colaboración con la Asociación Protegidas, ha anunciado el lanzamiento de un programa enfocado en la empleabilidad de mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad. Este conjunto de jornadas se iniciará este jueves y está destinado a mujeres jóvenes entre los 16 y 30 años.

Las actividades se llevarán a cabo en diversas barriadas del municipio, incluyendo La Cimilla, La Lomilla y Las Cabañuelas. A través de talleres semanales, las participantes recibirán formación en competencias prelaborales que buscan mejorar su empleabilidad y facilitar su acceso al mercado laboral.
Objetivos del Programa
El enfoque principal de estas sesiones es no solo aumentar las oportunidades laborales para este colectivo, sino también fomentar la concienciación sobre la importancia de la independencia económica. Los talleres incluirán temas como habilidades sociales, autoestima y procesos de orientación laboral.
