El PP-A ha decidido la "suspensión cautelar de militancia" del presidente provincial del partido en Almería y de la Diputación, Javier Aureliano García; del vicepresidente de la institución provincial, Fernando Giménez, y del alcalde de Fines, Rodrigo Sánchez, tras ser detenidos este martes por la Guardia Civil por presuntas contrataciones irregulares.

En un comunicado, el PP andaluz ha informado este martes de que, tras las últimas informaciones oficiales derivadas de la investigación iniciada por el Juzgado de instrucción nº 1 de Almería, el Comité de Derechos y Garantías del del partido ha incoado expediente informativo a fin de esclarecer los hechos objeto de la instrucción relacionados con Javier Aureliano García, Fernando Giménez y Rodrigo Sánchez.
Del mismo modo, ha propuesto la "suspensión cautelar de su militancia, en tanto en cuanto se esclarezcan los hechos objeto de esta investigación, siendo efectiva con carácter inmediato".
