El comportamiento positivo de la afiliación en Andalucía se concentró en cinco provincias, con Almería como líder indiscutible. Si se comparan los datos con el mismo mes del año anterior, la provincia de Almería también muestra una evolución favorable, con 6.192 afiliados más, lo que supone un crecimiento interanual del 1,85 %. En este balance de los últimos doce meses, siete de las ocho provincias andaluzas incrementaron su número de afiliados. Los datos de la Seguridad Social a nivel de Estado español reflejan una tendencia a la baja general, con la pérdida de 14.358 cotizantes de media en noviembre (-0,07 %), aunque el número de afiliados medios marcó un máximo para el mes, con 21.825.233 personas. El retroceso de la ocupación a nivel estatal se centró mayoritariamente en el sector de la hostelería, que perdió 116.662 cotizantes (-7,3 %) tras el fin de la temporada estival. La disminución de la afiliación a nivel estatal afectó en mayor medida a las mujeres, con una pérdida de 9.353 empleos en el mes (-0,09 %), aunque la cifra de mujeres ocupadas se mantiene en niveles históricamente altos. También se observó un descenso de la afiliación media de extranjeros en 16.058 cotizantes (-0,5 %).
