La parlamentaria también profundizó en la Estrategia Energética 2030 propia de Andalucía, aprobada en junio de 2022. El potencial de recursos renovables en la Comunidad Autónoma, junto al éxito de las iniciativas ya implementadas y el ritmo de instalación de nueva capacidad verde en los últimos dos años, han llevado al Ejecutivo andaluz a incrementar sus metas originales. Entre los objetivos actualizados que se han fijado para Andalucía, se encuentra el de alcanzar que las energías renovables supongan el 48,5% del consumo final de energía para el año 2030, superando así el 42% que estaba planteado inicialmente y el 48% marcado para el conjunto del Estado español.
En lo que respecta específicamente a la generación eléctrica, la Junta establece una meta del 82% de electricidad que provenga de fuentes renovables, un porcentaje superior al 75% actual y que también supera el objetivo del 81% establecido para el conjunto de España. Ibáñez también hizo mención al trabajo del Gobierno del PP a través de la Agencia Andaluza de la Energía, que ha diseñado e implementado una hoja de ruta con el fin de promover el autoconsumo colectivo y el desarrollo de comunidades solares y energéticas. Esta iniciativa reafirma el compromiso de la Junta con una transición hacia un modelo energético más distribuido, descentralizado, descarbonizado y participativo, donde se espera que tanto la ciudadanía como las entidades locales asuman un papel protagonista en la gestión y generación de energía sostenible en la Comunidad Autónoma.
