La Empresa Municipal de Vivienda ‘Almería XXI’ ha dado luz verde a la licitación de las obras para la construcción de un nuevo edificio plurifamiliar en la Vega de Acá, en la capital de Almería. El proyecto contempla un total de 92 Viviendas Protegidas, que se ofrecerán en régimen de venta, además de locales comerciales, trasteros y garajes.

Según la información extraída del proyecto, redactado por ‘Lotoarq S.L.P.’, y tras la obtención de la correspondiente licencia municipal de obras y calificación provisional, la licitación de las obras se llevará a cabo próximamente. El presupuesto de licitación asciende a 13.209.548,97 euros, incluyendo el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA), y el plazo de ejecución previsto para los trabajos es de 24 meses.
Para respaldar esta inversión, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Almería, en su sesión del 27 de agosto, autorizó un préstamo hipotecario con la entidad Caixabank por un importe máximo de 19.762.257,94 euros.
