El delegado territorial de Turismo de la Junta en Almería, Vicente García Egea, ha visitado esta mañana la localidad de Dalías para conocer, de manos de su alcalde, Francisco Giménez, el proyecto que va a realizar este Ayuntamiento con los 60.000 euros recibidos en concepto de ayudas para el fomento de la accesibilidad universal y la puesta en valor turístico del patrimonio público cultural de los municipios del interior (Patcul) que tiene esta consejería de Juan Marín. Estas subvenciones, que se otorgan en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, buscan reforzar los atractivos y mejorar la accesibilidad a estos espacios visitados por el viajero. En la provincia de Almería se han concedido un total de 564.637,72 euros.

Así, la actuación que llevará a cabo del Ayuntamiento se centrará principalmente en mejorar la llamada Senda Cultural que discurre entre los siguientes monumentos: La Santa Cruz, La Garita, La Ermita de San Miguel, Los Baños de la Reina y la Ermita de Aljízar. Para ello, entre las intervenciones previstas está la colocación de adoquinado en las zonas del recorrido que presentan problemas de tránsito y un estudio pormenorizado de la accesibilidad del entorno que facilite el acceso de todos los colectivos a dichos monumentos.

El objetivo de dichas partidas es “fomentar la accesibilidad universal y la puesta en valor turístico de los recursos locales a través de la protección, el fomento y el desarrollo de su patrimonio cultural”, ha concluido García Egea, mientras que han subrayado que en la convocatoria Patcul de 2021 de la consejería se ha destinado un importe superior a 5,1 millones de euros para toda Andalucía.
Por su parte, el alcalde de Dalías ha agradecido “esta subvención, con la que hemos venido trabajando durante meses y que vendrá a poner en valor nuestro patrimonio y, por ende, nuestro turismo a través de la mejora de la visibilidad y accesibilidad de la red de monumentos de nuestro municipio. Continuaremos con esta gran coordinación con la delegación de Turismo para seguir impulsando el nombre de Dalías”.
