La sexta ola de la pandemia Covid19 es la que está consiguiendo más altas tasas de contagios y consecuentemente de bajas en los profesionales de la sanidad pública andaluza. Por eso desde Comisiones Obreras han llevado a cabo un estudio de la evolución desde el 25 de noviembre de 2021 al 14 de enero de 2022 para ver cómo ha afectado esta situación a los profesionales sanitarios y no sanitarios del Servicio Andaluz de Salud. Para ello han analizado los datos que aporta el propio SAS en informes quincenales.
En el caso de Almería, el 41,55% de de sus 6.705 profesionales estuvo de baja

La tabla acumulativa presenta errores, puesto que al ser acumulativa el Informe nº 36 no puede tener menos casos en aislamiento que el Informe nº 35, como mucho puede ser igual si no se hubiera producido ningún caso en el periodo de contaje entre ambos informes, pero no inferior.
El dato es estremecedor de cómo ha afectado esta pandemia a todo el personal sanitario y de gestión y servicios. Para saber el porcentaje de personal afectado lo hemos comparado con el censo de las Elecciones Sindicales de 2019, único dato publicado de la plantilla del SAS, porque lo demás son anuncios del presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, siempre de palabra sin aportar documento que podamos contrastar.

Las cifras de comparar ambas variables aportan que el 47,37% de la plantilla del SAS ha tenido una baja por haber sufrido infección por Covid19 o por estar en aislamiento, esto puede dar una idea de la presión asistencial que ha sufrido el 52,63% que no ha tenido baja laboral.
Y en todo este contexto la Consejería de Salud tiene la idea de despedir a 8.000 trabajadores el 31 de octubre de 2021, en el mayor ERE que jamás haya hecho ningún servicio sanitario, favoreciendo aún más la presión asistencial y el colapso sanitario que ha provocado la sexta ola.

Por categoría profesionales a nivel hospitalario son los diplomados (enfermeras, fisioterapeutas) los más afectados, muy por encima de licenciados y personal de gestión y servicios. Sin embargo, en Atención Primaria estas tres categorías tienen unas cifras similares en cuanto a trabajadores y trabajadoras en baja por Covid+ o aislamiento. No podemos relacionar estas bajas con la plantilla de los dos ámbitos sanitarios, puesto que el SAS no publica la plantilla de profesionales desagregadas por categorías tanto de Atención Hospitalaria como Atención Primaria
CONCLUSIONES
VALORACIÓN DE CCOO
Esta sexta ola tiene como elemento diferencial con respecto a las olas precedentes la enorme cantidad de contagio que ha supuesto tanto para profesionales como para la población en general.
La Federación de Sanidad y Sectores Sociosanitarios de CCOO de Andalucía (FSS-CCOO Andalucía), dentro de esta sexta ola tan expansiva, urge al SAS a proteger la salud mental de la plantilla deteriorada después del azote brutal de ésta última. Este personal ha tenido que hacer frente, con una nefasta organización del trabajo y una dotación mal dimensionada, a un descomunal aumento de cargas de trabajo físico y mental, sobre todo en la exigua Atención Primaria.
Estas malas condiciones de trabajo, que además hace aumentar las agresiones por las demoras que sufre el usuario en ser atendidos, al ser mantenidas en el tiempo erosiona la capacidad psicológica del personal produciéndole ansiedad, estrés, tensionando al límite sus capacidades mentales y teniendo que tomar ansiolíticos para poder dormir y enfrentarse a su día a día.
Esto acarrea un desgaste ocupacional, una insatisfacción brutal en el trabajo y una merma sin precedentes en su salud mental, por lo que esta organización sindical urge al SAS a que la plantilla esté al 100% y propone volver a implantar los días adicionales otorgados a aquellos profesionales que realizaron su labor durante los primeros meses de la pandemia, de marzo a junio de 2020, así como la compensación en forma de descanso de un día de libre disposición por mes trabajo (hasta un máximo de 4 días).
También es necesaria la contratación urgente de psicólogos clínicos, que el SAS anunció el año pasado, para que estos profesionales sean atendidos de forma preferente en sus centros de trabajo, así como la disposición de mascarillas FFP2 a todos los profesionales por la alta transmisión que hay, tal y como llevamos reclamando desde el inicio de la pandemia, y el aceleramiento de las evaluaciones de riesgos psicosociales, para lo cual la plantilla de los técnicos de prevención tiene que estar cubierta, tal y como marca la Orden que lo regula.
