La Policía Nacional en Almería tuvo conocimiento a través de una denuncia que una persona habría distraído parte del fondo de una peña de apuestas deportivas para LA QUINIELA 1X2 de la temporada 2018/2019 y la habría destinado a uso particular.
La peña estaba compuesta por cinco integrantes, el detenido, el denunciante y tres personas más, debiendo aportar entre todos la cantidad de 161.000 euros para apuestas.
