El Parque Científico-Tecnológico de Almería continúa desarrollando acciones para fomentar las relaciones con el entorno. La directora del PITA, Alejandra Carreño, ha mantenido un encuentro con el presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria de Almería (APA), Jesús Caicedo, para establecer simbiosis que incrementen la competitividad de las empresas. En la reunión también ha participado el director de la APA, José Rafael Díaz.
En esta línea, ambas organizaciones han destacado las ventajas del transporte marítimo, así como los servicios que desde los puertos de Almería y Carboneras se pueden ofrecer a las empresas que tengan necesidades logísticas. Por ello, entre las ventajas del PITA como parque tecnológico para la implantación de empresas se reforzará la oportunidad que supone contar con unos de los puertos andaluces de referencia.

“Las sinergias entre el PITA y la APA son incuestionables”, ha manifestado Jesús Caicedo, quien ha reiterado que la APA “está completamente comprometida con el desarrollo tecnológico, la digitalización y la modernización de sus instalaciones, y en esa estrategia es importante poder contar con la colaboración del PITA.
