El pasado 20 de octubre por operadores del centro de mando y control de la comandancia de Almería se detecta a una embarcación que se dirige a un punto de la costa frente a la localidad de Carboneras.
La patrullera “Danubio 10” del Servicio Marítimo de la Guardia Civil de la comandancia de Almería, así como patrullas de seguridad ciudadana son activadas para la inspección de la embarcación que resulta ser un pesquero de bandera argelina.

Las mafias buscan de forma permanente nuevos modus operandi y nuevos métodos para desarrollar su actividad, consiguiendo al emplear una embarcación de estas características embarcar a un mayor número de personas, lo que genera mayor riesgo para dichas personas.
Las diligencias instruidas junto a las cuatro personas detenidas, se ponen a disposición del Juzgado de Instrucción en funciones de guardia de los de Vera (Almería), que decreta el ingreso en prisión para todas ellas.
