Asegura que cortar la aportación de agua del Trasvase Tajo-Segura hace "inviable" el desarrollo del Levante
El alcalde de Pulpí (Almería), Juan Pedro García, dijo este jueves que el "corte" del suministro de agua del Trasvase Tajo-Segura hacía "inviable" el desarrollo de la provincia de Levante y del propio municipio y pidió la participación en la XI reunión en Madrid Reunión Focus.

En un comunicado, García (PP) ha señalado la "importancia" de participar en las actuaciones impulsadas por los regantes de Murcia, Alicante y Almería porque, según ha dicho, "sin agua no tenemos futuro, no sólo en cuestiones agrarias, sino para cualquier otro ámbito de nuestra sociedad".
El alcalde ha asegurado que el municipio de Pulpileño es "dependiente" del agua del desvío Tajo-Segura, apuntando al nuevo planeamiento y al precio desorbitado del agua de mar desalada que el Gobierno "nos quiere imponer a menos, más caro".
