López también ha instado a más empresas a adoptar acciones que eliminen las brechas de género existentes. “La conquista de la igualdad real nos implica a todos”, ha declarado, enfatizando que “sin igualdad de oportunidades y conciliación no habrá igualdad real”.
En términos estadísticos, hasta junio se han asesorado a 127 empresas, lo que representa un incremento del 13% respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior. En el intervalo entre 2021 y 2025, las solicitudes de orientación sobre igualdad laboral han crecido un 42%. Además, las consultas han superado las 330, marcando un aumento cercano al 18%%> respecto al año pasado.
