En el caso específico de la Torre de la Justicia, la intervención se centra en la consolidación estructural, la recuperación de volúmenes y materiales que se habían perdido, la restauración integral de sus fábricas y la eliminación de humedades en sus muros. Esta actuación, con una dotación de 273.160 euros financiados a través del Mecanismo de Recuperación y Resiliencia (MRR), persigue ofrecer una solución integradora para la zona de aseos públicos ubicados en el nivel superior de la Torre, con la habilitación de instalaciones que permitan un uso adecuado del espacio y una carga de servicio acorde al nivel del Conjunto Monumental. Asimismo, se adecuarán los espacios de tránsito que atraviesan la Torre y la zona de acceso a dichos aseos públicos.

Por otro lado, la obra en la cara sur de la muralla del cerro de San Cristóbal, o intramuros, viene a completar las restauraciones que ya se realizaron en la cara norte, o extramuros, y en el adarve, ejecutadas entre 2022 y 2024 bajo la dirección de los arquitectos Luis J. García Pulido y Antonio Orihuela, a los que ahora se suma Esther Navarro. La actuación, que asciende a 368.594,98 euros con financiación MRR, también incluye la consolidación de los vestigios del recinto de la Al-Mudayna.

Complementando la restauración de la muralla del cerro de San Cristóbal, se están ejecutando las obras de iluminación ornamental, con el objetivo de realzar y embellecer este elemento histórico que bordea el espacio monumental, prestando especial atención a sus caras sur y norte. El proyecto contempla la instalación de proyectores en superficie, protegidos con jaulas antivandálicas. En las torres situadas en la cara norte se utilizarán proyectores con haz asimétrico y tecnología de temperatura de color variable, mientras que en las torres de la cara sur, donde existe una pasarela transitable, se instalarán luminarias lineales con óptica asimétrica en la barandilla existente. Para las torres de la zona no transitable de la cara sur, se emplearán las mismas luminarias de superficie, pero en este caso alimentadas mediante placas solares. El importe total de esta actuación de iluminación es de 225.143 euros, financiados en su totalidad con fondos propios de la Junta de Andalucía.
