La Diputación de Almería celebra el próximo sábado, 16 de junio, en Rioja el ‘Día de la Familia’. Una jornada lúdica destinada a fomentar la convivencia, la igualdad y la integración social entre las familias de la provincia de Almería.

Asimismo junto a la vertiente lúdica, las Asociaciones y Entidades del Consejo Provincial de Familia desarrollarán una importante labor de promoción y difusión en la que las asociaciones darán a conocer sus servicios y realizarán talleres para compartir el movimiento asociativo que lideran y otra vertiente lúdica con la realización de actividades deportivas, recreativas y de animación para toda la familia.
El diputado de Bienestar Social, Ángel Escobar ha subrayado la importante labor de difusión que se realizan las entidades miembro del Consejo Provincial de Familia: “Desde el Área de Bienestar Social trabajamos en proyectos de gran calado social como este ‘Día de las Familias’ que junto a la vertiente lúdica, tratan de promover la unión e integración de las familias en la sociedad actual. Por ello, su participación será clave para dar a conocer las herramientas que ponen a disposición de los almerienses”.

En total serán 15 las asociaciones que participen con stand propio y que darán a conocer su labor entre los asistentes: Asmal, ANDA, Asprodalba, Amedial, Proyecto Hombre, Nuevo Rumbo, Asalsido, ARGAR, FAPACE, FAAM, Colega, ASPAPROS, Asperger, Altea y AFIM 21.
Por su parte, la alcaldesa de Rioja, María Isabel Sánchez, ha explicado la satisfacción que tienen en el municipio por albergar esta celebración: “Es un día muy especial para Rioja, no sólo por lo mucho que nos vamos a divertir sino por todo lo que vamos a aprender de la mano de las asociaciones participantes. Además, va a ser la primera actividad que hagamos en el Parque ‘El Principito’ y qué mejor que sea con un gran evento para toda la familia”.

En este sentido, cabe destacar que la inauguración oficial del este espacio será el próximo jueves, 14 de junio, por parte del presidente de la Diputación. “Todas las actuaciones que se están haciendo en nuestro municipio son gracias a la Diputación, no sólo en Planes Provinciales como el Área de Cultura y Bienestar Social. Los pueblos pequeños tenemos que agradecer cuando extendemos la mano y recibimos ayuda y la Diputación siempre está ahí”.
